We specialize in distinctive “beverage burro”, “beer burro”, ”beer steer”, miniature Donkey, miniature Highland cow, and miniature Horse experiences for weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, and thoughtfully curated gatherings throughout Central Texas.

Our signature Beverage Burros, often referred to as “Beer Burros”, offer an elegant and memorable way to enhance cocktail hour. Adorned with custom florals and décor selected to complement your event aesthetic, our miniature donkeys carry beautifully styled saddle baskets for serving beer, champagne, canned cocktails, bottled water, or other beverages of your choosing.

For an experience that feels even more unexpected, our miniature Highland cows may be styled as Beer Steers, creating a striking and memorable presence for your guests. With their soft coats, gentle temperaments, and undeniable character, they offer a sophisticated yet warm addition to cocktail hours, receptions, showers, brand events, and private celebrations.

Our miniature horses bring another layer of charm and elegance to the experience. Beautifully presented and thoughtfully incorporated into your event, they are ideal for guest interactions, portraits, cocktail hour, and custom animal experiences.

    Meet Emmy, our sweet and gentle miniature donkey with a heart as big as her beautiful brown eyes. While she may seem a little shy when you first meet her, it doesn't take long for her loving personality to shine through.

    Emmy absolutely adores a good snuggle, and if you happen to have a carrot in hand, you'll quickly become her favorite person! She is happiest when she's by the side of her "big sister," Rosie, and will gladly follow her wherever she goes.

    Don't let Emmy's small size fool you she gives the biggest love. With her gentle nature, affectionate spirit, and soulful brown eyes, she has a way of melting hearts and creating special connections with everyone she meets.

    Meet Lady Tansy, our beautiful and rare silver miniature Highland cow. With her stunning coat, gentle nature, and irresistible fluff, she looks like she stepped right out of a storybook.

    As sweet as they come, Lady Tansy adores snacks, snuggles, and soaking up attention from anyone willing to give her a little love. Her calm demeanor and affectionate personality make her an instant favorite with guests of all ages.

    A true lady in every sense of the word, Lady Tansy carries herself with grace while still enjoying all the cuddles and treats she can find. She is a rare gem with a heart to match, bringing warmth, charm, and unforgettable moments wherever she goes.

His playful nature and lovable personality make him a favorite among guests of all ages.     Meet Rosie, one of our beloved miniature donkeys and a true crowd favorite! Rosie is quite the talker and never misses an opportunity to make her presence known. Full of personality and charm, she loves meeting new people and soaking up attention from guests.

    When she's not stealing hearts, she's usually searching for her favorite treat—pretzels! Rosie has a big appetite and an even bigger personality, bringing smiles and laughter everywhere she goes.

    Despite her outgoing nature, Rosie has a soft side too. She is fiercely protective of her "little sister," Emmy, and the two are rarely far apart. Their sweet bond and playful personalities make them a joy to watch and interact with at any event.

    Baby Micro Highland Steer

    Meet Theodore “Theo”

    Our chocolate-colored, fluffy little cuddler and the newest member of the Hill Country Jennies & Friends family.

    Born in June 2026, Theo is our Micro Mini Highland baby, and while he may be tiny, his personality is already larger than life. Sweet, curious, and always ready for a cuddle, Theo has quickly figured out that being adored by everyone he meets is a pretty great job.

    Theo is now officially booking for limited engagements alongside his big sister, Tansy, bringing an extra dose of Highland fluff to weddings, parties, and special celebrations.

    And for a few extra-special occasions, you may even catch him working alongside his honorary aunties, Rosie & Emmy, for the sweetest little Highland + Jennies combination.

    His specialties? Cuddles, kisses, photos, fluffy hair, and stealing just about every heart in the room.

Hill Country Jennies proudly serves elevated events throughout Austin and the Texas Hill Country, including Spicewood, Lakeway, Marble Falls, Georgetown, Fredericksburg, Leander, Liberty Hill Kyle, and San Marcos, as well as all the greater Austin area.

We are also happy to travel for select events and welcome inquiries for special locations beyond the Hill Country.
